Go to My Account → Bank Cards, remove the current card, and add a new one.

How long does a deposit refund take?

Deposits are automatically refunded after the auction ends, typically processed instantly to your account balance.

Can I retract a bid?

Per auction rules, bids are binding once submitted and cannot be retracted. Please confirm the amount before bidding.

How long do I have to pay after winning?

After winning, the system generates an order and sends a payment reminder. Please complete payment within 48 hours; late payment may affect your deposit refund.

How can I verify the authenticity of a lot?
