Bidding Guide
From registration to receipt — your first auction in six steps
Register & Complete Profile
Create your MAISON account and complete your profile. To ensure secure bidding, you must link a valid bank card.
Pay Auction Deposit
A $500 deposit is required before bidding. The deposit is automatically refunded after each auction ends, similar to a hotel pre-authorization.
Browse & Select Lots
Browse all lots in the Auction Hall. Filter by category or status, or search for specific items. Click a lot to view details, images, and current bids.
Place Your Bid
During a live auction, enter your bid amount. Bids must exceed the current highest bid plus the minimum increment. English auction rules apply — highest bidder wins.
Win & Pay
After the auction ends, the highest bidder receives a winning notification. Complete the final payment within the specified timeframe, and the seller will arrange shipping.
Confirm Receipt
Upon receiving your lot, inspect it carefully and confirm receipt in the system. Once the transaction is complete, your deposit is automatically refunded.
Bidding Tips
- Follow lots you're interested in and set bid reminders so you don't miss the auction.
- Set a reasonable budget and bid wisely — enjoy the thrill of collecting.
- If a new bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the countdown automatically extends to ensure fair competition.
